Great merchandise starts with high-quality design and artwork formatted for production. TC specializes in design and apparel customization, we work with you to produce original, high-quality custom merchandise. Whether it’s formatting your existing design or logo for production or helping you develop a totally original piece, our team can bring your vision to life.
I have my logo/design ready. How should I send it to TC?
Artwork is accepted in vector and raster formats. Vector designs can be submitted in .ai, .eps, .svg, and vector .pdf. Ensure all fonts in Adobe Illustrator have been outlined. Raster graphics (.psd) must be created at full print size, 300 dpi or higher, and should have each color on its own layer.
Have a design or logo but it is low resolution or not in one of the above-mentioned formats? No problem! Many designs and logos can be reformatted to a print-ready file for a $40 re-draw fee.

I have an idea, but need a design created. -or- My current design needs edited. Now what?
Straightforward layouts of existing text and graphics as well as up to two rounds of proof edits taking an artist 30 minutes or less are complementary with your apparel order. Just email us any files, details, and inspiration images and our talented art department will pull together the elements or edits from there. Some layouts and edits can be completed within 30 minutes, but adjustments exceeding two rounds of edits or 30 minutes are billed at $50/hr in half hour increments.
We can also create a completely fresh design for you! Custom design, original artwork, and illustrations for use with apparel projects are available at $75/hr. Contact us with the details of your concept and we can provide an estimate for the project.
I’m a DIYer and created a design in Canva. Now what?
Canva can be a great tool for the do-it-yourself’er. You can download the needed vector file (.svg) by upgrading your Canva subscription to Canva Pro. Once logged in with your Canva Pro subscription you will have .svg as a download option. Email that file to hello@tcscreenprint.com.

You have my artwork files, now what? Time for mockups!
Every order at TC will include a mockup to show approximate color, size, placement, and layout. All orders require an order approval signature approving the mockup, garment style and color, size breakdown, artwork, and other details. Orders are not sent to production until approved and paid. Please review your order details carefully before approving.
